One of the first great works project that you will unlock is the city dump. It’s got a few special things about it, but most importantly is that it’s an alternate place where you can get an income. By throwing out your trash, you can get cash. I’ll tell you a secret, it is random whether you actually get cash for each item, however it is weighted that over time you will make a profit! The city dump also has a great spot next to it that house a handful of chests for you to store some rare items you come across, or perhaps some quest items and that sort of thing. All at your disposal.
